Vijay Kumar Gupta (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate
Mr. Gupta senior partner and the founder of the firm is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having nearly Nineteen years of experience in the profession of Chartered Accountancy including Corporate Law, Merger and Amalgamation, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, FEMA and legal matters. He did his graduation from Delhi University and is also an Arbitrator in the panel of Arbitrators of NSE and BSE.

Tina Gupta (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, B.Com (Hons) Graduate
Ms. Gupta is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and began her career as a Practicing Chartered Accountant in the year 2008. She has been engaged in providing Professional Services in Audit and Taxation matters. She has experience of more than 13 years in her field.
